I know it probably does not need to be mentioned but... Alcohol is NOT permitted at Tapps County Park. Pierce County Sheriff DOES patrol the park durring the day and will inspect vehicles!

Count us in for 4 people (2 adults, 1 teen, 1 kid)

You know I'll do my best to be there. Not sure about the fam though. I'll bring an old fashioned apple pie unless we need something else. If so I'll fill in where needed too.

When times get tough, just keep on fishin'!!!

I look forward to making it this year. I think I missed the last one. Bummer that my Quadfather ID falls into dessert category. I am more of a main dish kinda guy. Not sure if it will be just me, or maybe me/wife and 2 kids. I will check in as it gets closer as to seeing how well rounded the menu is.

Hi Mike and WL gang: Put me down for 2 anglers and a big 3 bean salad. Y'all know what goes great with 3 bean salad, right? Cool Ranch Doritos. No wait, maybe its Fritos?, sorry Dez.
No worries; we'll bring a family size bag with Dez's name on it.
Looking forward to that casting competition, too. Been practicing (wink).Whistle

Our group is doing an Adopt-a Road Clean-up around Lake Tapps in the morning that day, (8-11) so this will work out ok after all!

Nope. this is a picnic and free friendly fishing derby. You can fish from shore or hitch a backseat with someone. Or just enjoy the food and friendship, and of course, free stuff!
