Got 3 PMs today, but no e-mail notification of them. Is there a problem with my account?

Thanks, Tom.

hmmm. I'm getting notices. I'll look at your account.

Hey Mike, I just noticed the same thing. Latest example; The Lake Samish report, 6 replys with no e-mail notification. I did check my spam file and nobody was home. With my account this also happens every now and then the PMs.

I noticed that I am not getting email notices about forum replies or lake reports.

Email services were offline. Everything should be back to normal now.

Ok, update;

It is now 3:38PM Sunday - the time is important.

Just got a PM that was sent at 9am today Sunday. No e-mail that it was there. I also checked and read the PMs at about 2pm today Sunday and that PM wasn't there, as I mentioned I had 3 PMs and no e-mails. So, maybe it's fixed, maybe it isn't. Time will tell. Thanks for any help when it can be done.

Oh ya, the way I found out that the 'new' PM was there, is because I refreshed the page and that little window popped up telling me I had a PM. :-)

I fixed the email server sometime around noon... the forum knows if the email server is down and will wait until it is up before sending emails out... so you may have received notifications about PMs you had already read and/or deleted.

I haven't gotten an e-mails for the 3 PMs yesterday, or the 1 today. Only the popup window popped up telling me I had new PMs when I refreshed the 'active threads' page to see if any new replies were made to any threads.

If you want to send me a 'test' PM, try that.

I got emails for the forum posts at 12:38 but not for the lake reports from the alerts I set up.

Those don't get queued up for later, those just get missed completely.

I just got 2 lake reports. So that is working. I thought it might have sent the old ones like it did for the forum. It was interesting to see 34 emails from wl.com in my inbox. All is well.

34! I don't get that many e-mails in a year. I guess that nobody likes me. Hmmm, now that I think about it maybe I should shower every now and then, that should help!
