dont want to sound like a idiot, but where is the index of pictures? id like to take a look at some of them for my future trips...

O.k., it has been 6 months since this thread has had a bump. In those months, someone surely has to have taken a picture of a new lake. Look through your photos for this year and see if you have any that aren't in the lake index. Let's keep building the photos in the lake index.

I just made a quick trip down to Oregon and stopped at Vance Creek Ponds and Lake Sylvia and took a lot of photos. New overviews and photos coming soon. I have caught largemouth bass at both places. At Lake Sylvia, I was taking photos from the bridge and a family of otters swam under. Got a photo of them too.

Once again, it is time to remind members that if they have lake photos they took, submit them to Mike so he can add them to the lake descriptions.

For those on the west side, many of the lakes are clear of ice all year long. Even though they may be closed to fishing in the winter months, you can still take photos of them. Take a little time and make a fun outing of driving to a lake or two near you and take a few pictures. It would be a great way to get rid of some of the "cabin fever" we all get.

We have an enormous collection of photos of lakes, far more than any other site on the web. Let's keep building the library of pictures. They are very helpful to those investigating a new lake to go to.

Thanks, guys. With spring on it's way and people getting on the water again, remember to take your camera with you fishing. Also, if you are fishing a river, take pictures and send them in. Try to identify where on the river the picture was taken.

The lake photo section is impressive. Let's keep building on it.
