Wanted to submit a report for Blackmans Lake. Followed everything to the T but when I clicked submit it read in red "there is no row at position one". Preview works fine. Submit doesn't.

I may want to mention that I had other "errors" when I started this report.
The list of lakes for Snohomish County was insanely short.
Second time I posted the report actually was submitted however the hot spot map had no lake on it.
