I usually strech my line before I go fishing if I haven't been fishing for 2 or 3 days. I went fishing today and hadn't been fishing since Sat. The line had some 'curlies' / memory in it, but they went away after some time using it, and it take very long at all.. No more problems with than any other line as far as the twisties go. I'll cut off the lure and drag it behind the boat for 100 yards or so when twisties happen.Teal101 wrote:Amx wrote:I'm trying 8lb P-line CX on my spinning rod/reel for my 1/8th oz Repala minnow bait. Working great.
I tried CX in the 6lb flavor on a ML spinning setup and had NASTY memory and line twist after a week of it being on the reel. I always flip the bail by hand as well. Never had a problem with the Co-Polymer or CXX.
