Let me see if I understand your question. You have a picture you want to use as an avatar, but you don't have a program to crop it to the proper dimensions. Is that correct?

Currently the maxium dimension is 176x200 pixels (which happens to be what my avatar is).

So you would take your picture and either shrink it to that size, or cut a chunk out of a picture to reach that size. There are free software programs out there for editing photos, which is what you need to have. If you can't find one and still need help send it to me, mike@washingtonlakes.com and I'll crop your photo and send it back to you.
