went b4 work start left tacoma 4 am. got to river at a new spot of exploring . went 0 for 2 on steelhat on bobber jig..and 2 for 2 on springer on spoon. i was suprised one was chrome bout 10#for so late season.and other like 25# dark buck but da meat was red what a surprise

its that really dark brown fish with a hint of red, prized possesion to some but a quickly dislodge the hook and kick back in the water without touching it type of of fish to many fisherman.

Offdaahook, i actually dont like to eat any fish at all ! Salmon,steelhead,halibut, none of it. I think its all nasty I fish for the fun of the sport, i cant stand eating fish

I might hit the cowlitz hatchery side on saturday. This is a long drive I don't want to get lost so I will plug in the addresse into my gps. How crowed will it be? I am out of eggs, so I will be throwing bobber and jig any advice? I just want a break from the sky.
