Well arrived at dawns lake next to aldrich and robins beings they were shut down due to vandilisim (some people). Well some people were camping there and the water was bout 55-60 degrees nice and warm. Got there bout 9am fished until like 2:30pm only caught a lil pan fryer had to keep'em cause he swallowed the hook. Tried bottom fishing and top fishing no luck numerous differnt baits, still no luck. Looking for a good spot to fish from the bank Im in the kitsap area workin on patching holes on my lake boat but until that happens im stuck on the bank side. Any ideas???? Maybe I'll head over to sandyshore....goodluck

Another wonderful Mason county lake. Not much action today, caught a couple of 8-10" rainbows on the North West corner. Have caught a single one near the North East corner on a previous trip. This lake has a campground and on weekends its pretty busy with campers.
Water was clean and for a float tuber an easy access into the lake. I tend to go during the week so there is generally not many people on the water.
